September 2015 Newsletter

We hope you have had a fantastic Summer Holiday. The team have been working hard over the summer and are all looking forward to getting the new term underway.

It’s been a productive summer holidays for PHS;

As you can see, we have a new website. It’s designed to be easy to navigate and provide you with all of the up-to-date information you require. If you have any suggestions for content or additional information, we would be happy to take them on board. Just email Luke at l.rich@parkhouseschool.co.uk.

Our new vinery is now complete and provides a fantastic new learning space for the pupils.

The Lodge has now been converted into a bespoke therapy space for all pupils to utilise.

The workshop has been decorated and is now a fantastic space for pupils to express their artistic side.

GCSE results day came in the summer holidays…. We would like to say congratulations to our pupils who sat exams in May/June – their hard work paid off and resulted in all of them gaining qualifications in the GCSE’s they sat.

We would like to say a Big Thank You to all the parents who attended the 10 Year Anniversary summer fete – an excellent day managed to raise a sum of money for our ex-pupil, Harry’s educational trip to Borneo.

We also have an exciting term ahead; the Chapel is progressing well.

Our intention is to utilise the space for many things including a training and support venue.

In the near future, we will be offering workshops and support groups for various aspects of what PHS specialise in. All parents/carers of which will be welcome to attend.

Keep an eye on our website as all scheduled groups will be shown there.

As usual, if you have any questions about the upcoming term please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Yours,

The Park House Team
